About Job Holding

Job Holding is a Brazilian digital media company that operates a portfolio of content websites — including greywindinc.com, ghempregos.com, seucursodigital.com, and concursocerto.com.br, among others — that generate revenue through programmatic advertising (Google Ad Manager). We use Google Ads to drive qualified traffic to our owned-and-operated properties. All advertising is done exclusively for websites we own; we do not manage ads for third parties.

What the platform does

  • Reporting & Analytics — Aggregates advertising data from Google Ads and other platforms into a unified dashboard. A daily automated ingestion syncs campaign and placement-level data into our internal database, providing consolidated views of spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, cost per conversion, and geographic breakdowns.
  • Campaign Management — Authorized admin users can create, update, pause/enable, duplicate, and remove Google Ads campaigns and budgets directly from the dashboard. This includes setting bidding strategies (Maximize Clicks, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Manual CPC) and campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max). Campaign duplication supports copying ad groups, targeting criteria, and creatives between accounts under our MCC.
  • Creative Management — Admins can list, create, and remove ad creatives (Responsive Search Ads, Display Image Ads, Video Ads, and Performance Max asset links) within campaigns.

How it uses your data

Job Holding uses Google OAuth to authenticate authorized users and the Google Ads API to read performance data and manage campaigns on behalf of our organization. The platform accesses advertising performance metrics for reporting and provides campaign and creative management capabilities to authenticated admin users. All data access and mutations are scoped to the permissions explicitly granted and restricted to accounts under our MCC.
